The Power of Elemental Nature

Did you know that Chinese Face Reading is the oldest human resources tool available to us today? Face Reading was used over 2000 years ago to vet perspective employees and to ensure the right person was placed in the right job; now you can use it today to help place, motivate, and empower your employees.

Face reading is based on a 4000 year old system called the Five Elements. These elements can tell you what your employees need to feel fulfilled, where they get stuck, and how they’ll behave in a relationship with any other elemental nature. It shows how they react to stress, where they are challenged in life, and how to motivate them so they can maximize these areas of challenge. This work doesn’t simply talk about personality, instead it goes under the surface to reveal a person’s true Elemental Nature.

Training & Workshops


Elemental Nature

This program is a team strengthening experience that identifies the primary elemental nature of all attendees and then teaches them how to use that information to:

Personally

  • motivate themselves
  • maintain work-life balance by better nourishing themselves
  • recognize and strengthen possible areas of improvement
  • build a more efficient and well-rounded team
  • best utilize their strengths
  • maximize productivity

Relationally

  • communicate with others no matter their nature
  • meet the needs of others
  • resolve and avoid conflict
  • how to recognize, and interact with, the people most likely to have personality conflicts with them

It also gives them the basic tools they need to be able to identify the Elemental Nature of others long after the class is finished.

The program is presented in a half-day Workshop format that will present the work in a group format (10 attendee minimum), or in a Training Format that will teach attendees how to maximize and apply this work now and in the future (15 attendee maximum).


Elemental Sales

This program is designed specifically to teach sales teams relevant face reading techniques that can help them to quickly identify what a potential customer values, whet they need to feel safe enough to purchase, and how your team can communicate in a way that will instantly establish and build rapport with them. They will be able to tell:

  • whether the customer wants one-on-one attention or whether they appreciate being offered the space to consider before making an investment
  • when your client needs small talk to connect and when they want you to simply cut to the chase
  • if they rely on logic and details to make their decisions (so load them down with facts)
  • and so much more…

This is a powerful tool to not only improve your sales, but to also help you provide the best possible customer service.


Consulting

In addition to our teaching, we also provide private consulting and coaching on a one-time, or on-going, basis for when your needs demand specific focus and attention. Our consulting services are meant to help managers strengthen their ability to lead their departments and understand the needs of the individuals they over see. Face Reading and Elemental Nature work can be used during:

  • an ongoing conflict
  • the hiring, or restructuring, process
  • in the formation of committees and teams
  • wherever you need it
